At Simona B. Jewelry, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made jewelry tailored to each client’s specifications. Due to the nature of our work, all jewelry is made to order, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

No Refunds & Exchanges

All purchases are final. Since each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise specified.

Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

    •    The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

    •    The wrong item was received due to an error on our part.

If your purchase qualifies for a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
